It consists in the different Schemes following which the values are processed or exchanged.

Schemes
The Bm2 defines 3 categories of Schemes, based on the processes or transactions they are linked to in the Business System:
- Sourcing Schemes: Patterns following which values are exchanged with the Value Sources
(Transaction perspective)
- Targeting Schemes: Patterns following which values are exchanged with the Value Targets
(Transaction perspective)
- Operating Schemes: Patterns following which values are processed by the Value Manager
(Process perspective)
