Business System
(Tactical level)
At a Tactical level, the business operations compose the Business System of the organization.
Definition
The Business System is the arrangement of all the components that allow and are involved in business operations. Understanding the Business System is defining the tactical level of the Business Model.
Using a systemic approach allows a dynamics vision of BMs, instead of a traditional static vision limited to the nature of the different elements that constitute those BMs. In particular, System Dynamics concepts can apply, such as causal loops, stock-flow analysis or system archetypes.
