Business Activity (Detailed View)
The detailed view of the Business Activity shows the components of SCOPE, MATTER, RANGE and MANNER. It also depicts them with respect to the 3 Super-Processes (Market, Capture & Industry)
SCOPE consists in:
MATTER consists in:
- the Processes element
- the Objectives element
RANGE consists in:
MANNER consists in:
- the Competitiveness element
- the Effectiveness element
- the Efficiency element
The Nature and Efficiency elements share a specificity: they have a transverse role with regard to Super-Processes. All other elements can be split in 3 parts, each part being associated with one Super-Process (Market-related, Capture-related and Industry-related).
We can therefore represent the 3 parts of each element by its components on 3 planes:
- The Market plane
- The Capture plane
- The Industry plane
Note that CAP stands for "Competitive Advantage Profile" and OAP stands for "Operational Advantage Profile".
Transverse Perspective
The Transverse Perspective is not exclusively related to any Super-Process (Market, Capture or Industry). It is constituted by the Nature element of the Business Activity, and by its Efficiency element:
Market Perspective
The Market Perspective can be seen as the projection of the Business Activity on the Market Plane:
Capture Perspective
The Capture Perspective can be seen as the projection of the Business Activity on the Capture Plane:
Industry Perspective
The Industry Perspective can be seen as the projection of the Business Activity on the Industry Plane:
